The scope of works CARE IPB:

1. Development of potential conflict management, crisis prevention and other social vulnerability with comprehensive manner at various levels of society (both horizontal and vertical conflicts) through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and empowerment approach.
2. Assistance in handling the conflict resolution process towards improvement of social conditions, economic and ecological.
3. Develop of management and revitalization of the agriculture development widely to achieves harmony in resources management.
4. Assisting local governments in planning, monitoring, evaluation of development in various conflict-sensitive sectors.
5. Conducting studies and evaluations of public regulations and policies that conflict-sensitive in the regional and central government.
6. Improvement of management in empowering underprivileged community, credit for small and medium enterprises, remote areas and transmigration.
7. Manage, coordinate and facilitate activities of empowerment, mentoring, counseling to the public in the process of conflict-sensitive development
8. Training for government officials, CSR managers, managing partnerships, and community in the field of community development/CD, development and management of CSR, the development of partnerships/collaboration, conflict resolution, social mapping for capacity building.
9. Developing the capacity of human capital and social capital as drivers of conflict-sensitive development, particularly in agriculture and rural sector
